Catherine M. (Vadas) Richardson, 85, of Irwin died Tuesday March 30 2021 in Excela Health Westmoreland, Greensburg. She was born June 29, 1935, in Greensburg a daughter of the late Andrew M. and Catherine M. (Pazicni) Vadas. Prior to her retirement she was employed as a seamstress for Giuliem Apparel. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church, in Irwin. Catherine served as Judge of Election for ward #2 for the Borough of Irwin. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother Andrew M. Vadas. Surviving is her husband of 61 years Stanley Richardson; three children Gregory Richardson and his wife, Kim, of North Huntingdon, Teresa Landon and her husband, Dan, of St. Augustine, FL and Lynn Hoegel, of North Huntingdon; five grandchildren Sydney Richardson, Samantha “Sam” Richardson, Jarod, Mason and Coleson Hoegel; one sister Marlene Anson, of Penn and several nieces and nephews.
