Cynthia L. (Baxter) Fulmer age 73, of N. Huntingdon passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2023 in her home. Cynthia was born on July 28, 1949 in Homestead the daughter of the late George R. and Laura A. Baxter. Cindy was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Irwin. She graduated from Norwin Sr. High School and the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy. She worked as a hairstylist for three years. When her son Robert was born she devoted and supported him. She worked part-time as a bookkeeper for Norwin Tire and Woleslagle Interiors for 25 years until she retired due to illness in November of 2022. In addition to her parents Cindy was preceded in death by her brother Robert D. Baxter. Cindy is survived by her loving husband of 51 years James Fulmer; her son Robert Fulmer; her grandson Aaron Fulmer. Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 3-7 PM in the Ott Funeral Home Inc., 805 Pennsylvania Ave. Irwin 724-863-8900. Additional visitation will be Friday from 10 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11 am in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Bruce Judy officiating. Burial will follow in the Penn-Lincoln Memorial Park, N. Huntingdon.
