Delores A. (Blystone) Vieceli, 85, of Westmoreland City, died Sunday, Feb. 26, 2023 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. She was born June 13, 1937, in Trafford, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Catherine Walthour Blystone. Delores was a member of Immaculate Conception Church. In addition to working in the cafeteria for Immaculate Conception School, she had also worked at the former Irwin Reflector Company as well as Dr. Ralph Assetta's dental office as an office assistant. She will be fondly remembered as the "family caregiver", taking care of her immediate and extended family with love and compassion. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gildo Vieceli; son, Kenneth J. Vieceli; and five brothers, Eugene, Gary, Bruce, Carl and Dennis Blystone. She is survived by five children, Angelo Vieceli (Melody), of Lewisburg, Gregory Vieceli, of Westmoreland City, Allen Vieceli (Carol), of North Huntingdon, Jeffery Vieceli (Jennifer Sullivan), of Fairfax, Va., and Catherine Staton (Michael), of Dayton, Ohio; 10 grandchildren, Rhiannon, Nicole, Nathan, Thomas, Nicholas, Daniel, Brian, Aaron, Ashley and Brianna; four great-grandchildren; brother, Wayne Blystone, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and several nieces and nephews.
