Obituary for Eugene D. "Don" Noel

Eugene D. “Don” Noel, 75 of Adamsburg,, died Wednesday May 12, 2021 at his home, he was born July 25, 1945 in Greensburg, he was the son of the late Harry and Josephine (Hotra) Noel. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a construction Laborer for Labor Union Local # 1058, and was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the US Army. Don had an passion for working on cars and was at one time a stock car racer at Motordrome Speedway. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Emma (Teacher) Noel, a grandson Josh, and brothers, William “Bill”, Michael “Mike”, Robert “Bob”, and Larry “Beaver”. Surviving are four children, Diane Stape and her husband George of Greensburg, Frank Teacher and his wife Donna of Ruffsdale, Donald Noel and his wife Bridget of New Stanton, and Lanny Noel and his wife Joni of Jeannette. Eight grandchildren George, Michael (Jen), Nathan, Alex, McKenna, Tyler, Riley and Ella. Great grandchildren, Avigal, Brenna, Anna, Emma, Bella, and Lila. Four sisters, Rose Marie Bigi (Chuck), Joan Rizzo (Jim), Judy Reese, and Norma Wilson (Dan), Brothers, Richard “Pete” (Marsha) and Barry (Joyce). Also surviving are several nieces and nephews including Jeremy Neidigh, and a close friend Tony Celio Jr. The Noel family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Hospice nurses Rosie and Kelly for the care they provided to Don during his illness.
