Francis “Frank” Bonifati, 64, of North Huntingdon passed away surrounded by his family Monday December 7, 2020 at his home. He was born August 2, 1956 in Greensburg, a son of the late Harry Dean and Julia (Gogolsky) Bonifati. He was employed as an auto mechanic for Kenny Ross Chevy. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church, in Irwin. Frank was an avid hunter, fisherman and enjoyed his cabin in Somerset. Surviving is his loving wife Charlotte (Helmetzi) Bonifati; two children Matthew Dean (Katelyn) Bonifati, of Trafford, Jeffrey Francis Bonifati, of North Huntingdon; brothers and sister David (Diane) Bonifati, of Trafford, Anthony (Nancy Stehle) Bonifati, of Irwin, Anita (Michael Guido) Bonifati, of Monroeville, Allen (Angie) Bonifati, of Wegley; several nieces and nephews and his loving dog Angelo. The family extend their sincere thanks to Select Specialty Hospitals, Alle Kiski, Monifore and Suncrest Hospice for the loving care of Frank. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Ott Funeral Home Inc. 805 Pennsylvania Avenue Irwin. Parting prayers will be held 9:00 a.m. Friday in the funeral home followed by a 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church.
