Gerald T. “Jerry” Loughner, 66 of North Huntingdon, died Wednesday May 4, 2022 in the UPMC Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born January 17, 1956 in McKeesport, he was the son of the late William J. Sr, and Cecelia V. (Morchied) Loughner. Jerry was most recently employed as a nurse’s aide for The Bristol House in Irwin and The Harmon House in Mount Pleasant. In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Tabler, and a brother William Loughner. Surviving is his wife, Susan I. (Smay) Loughner, their children, Susan Gracan (Jonathan) of North Huntingdon, Warren Gephart (Tina) of Australia. Grandchildren, Jerry Wright (Heather), Brittney Stefancis, Alanna Neidigh, Jenna Gephart, and Liam Gephart. Jerry is also survived by two brothers, Lawrence Loughner of Fl. and Robert Loughner of Allentown, and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Ott Funeral Home Inc. on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8PM. A funeral service will take place on Thursday at a time to be announced, in the funeral home.
