Judith A. (Sherbondy) McNeill, age 78, of N. Huntingdon passed away on Monday April 17, 2023. Judy was born on November 30, 1944 in Braddock the daughter of the late Strawn and M. Grace (Whalen) Sherbondy. Judy was retired from Irwin Bank & Trust as a customer service representative, she was a member of the St. Agnes Church in North Huntingdon, she loved baking, cooking, gardening, painting and loved to quilt with the Norwin Quilters. In addition to her parents Judy was preceded in death by her brother Martin Sherbondy. Judy is survived by her husband John McNeill, her children Thomas A. Hood, Jr. (Lori), Cristy Rizzardi (Andy), Jim Hood, Carol Reed (Jim) and Jeff McNeill (Diane); her grandchildren Elizabeth, Kayla, Rachel, Jonathan, Evan, Brandon, Amy and Joshua; her great-grandchildren Allie and Hadley; her siblings Gerald Sherbondy (Betsy) and Thomas Sherbondy (Nancy) and her nephews Tom Sherbondy(Lori) and Tim Sherbondy(Jodi) and beloved nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM in the Ott Funeral Home Inc., 805 Pennsylvania Ave., Irwin 724-863-8900. Parting prayers will be at 9:15 AM in the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass at 10 AM in the St. Agnes Church, N. Huntingdon with Fr. Thomas Dansak as celebrant. Interment will be private.
