Leo F. Mazur, 89, of Jeannette, died Monday, April 24, 2023. He was born June 10, 1933, in McKeesport, a son of the late John and Sophie Warcholak Mazur. Prior to retirement, Leo worked in the finance department at Elliott Company. He was a member of St. Barbara's Church in Harrison City. He enjoyed rubberband duckpin bowling from a young age along with fishing and following the stock market. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Stanley Olszewski, Edward Mazur, Adella Komaromy, Helen Mazur and Chester Mazur. He is survived by his loving wife of fifty-two years, Anna Marie Mazur; two children, Vicki Dougherty (Perry) of Gibsonia and Mark Mazur (Chrissy) of Jeannette; three grandchildren, Avery, Cole and Paul; and numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Leo, Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 805 Pennsylvania Ave, Irwin, 724 863-8900. Prayers of transfer will be said in the funeral home Saturday at 9:25 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. in St. Barbara's Church, Harrison City.
