Marlyn A. (Kunkle) Swenson, 87, of Irwin died Sunday December 6, 2020 at her home. She was born August 16, 1933, in Irwin a daughter of the late Willard and Mabel (Hilbold) Kunkle. Prior to her retirement she was employed as a cashier for Rite Aid, in Pittsburgh. She was a member of the Rebekahs of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of Braddock and the North Braddock 3rd Ward Ladies Auxiliary Fire Dept.. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister Edith Ratica. Surviving are three children James Swenson, of State College, Daniel Swenson, of Irwin and Marlyn Antill, of Irwin; four grandchildren Katie Poborski, Makenna Antill, Adam Antill, Jamie Ike and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Ott Funeral Home Inc 805 Pennsylvania Avenue Irwin. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel.
