Stella (Koupjack) McKeag, 91, of Westmoreland City passed away February 25, 2021 at AHN Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville. Stella was born December 19, 1929, in Westmoreland City, a daughter of the late Steve and Katherine (Rogorska) Koupjack. Stella was a retired accounting clerk with Verizon (Bell of PA) in Greensburg, a member of the former St. Michael’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Jeannette, and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Post 472, in Manor. Also, Stella was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan, bingo player and card player. She enjoyed weekend card parties at the home of her nephew, up to the time of her final illness. In her younger years Stella was involved in several bowling leagues and was an accomplished softball player. Stella was preceded in death by her husband David S. McKeag; sisters Julia Gombos, Helen Brady, Katherine Draggi, Mary Liebdzinski, and brothers John Kupcheck and Michael Koupjack, Sr. She is survived by a sister Margaret (Raymond) Sekelsky, of Westmoreland City; several nieces and nephews and several relatives in Poland.. Friends will be received 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Ott funeral Home Inc 805 Pennsylvania Avenue Irwin. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Monday in the funeral home.
